This is our least demanding class 💞. In this class we do female dancehall for women over 30. We go through a variety of things such as: technique, steps, booty/wining, simple floorwork, or simple choreography. We take it slow and we have no pressure of performance. In this class you can relax and have fun, while learning about female dancehall techniques and steps.
This class is taught in English and is available both online and at the studio.
The recordings of Spring 2026 classes will expire on July 16th 2026.
